EXO Sensors Crown

EXO2® and EXO3® Sondes Sensors Crown

The HydroTech “EXO Crown” module with a built-in brush guard is specially designed to easily and effectively secure all the sensors on the EXO2® and EXO3® sondes without the need for additional zip-ties or o-rings.

Installing the “EXO Crown”:

• Note: The “EXO Crown” replaces the standard brush Guard In Kor EXO® software, go to:

Run > Dashboard. Click the Wipe Sensors button to ensure proper wiper park position.

      

• Mark the position of the old guard with a marker.

Loosen the #6 screw with a 7/64 inch Allen wrench, remove the old guard and clean any residue from  

motor housing.

      

• Carefully install the new “EXO Crown” in the same position as the old guard with the brush 

centered in well. Tighten screw until snug, but do not over-tighten.No adhesive strip is required for the 

new “EXO Crown”

• Install all the required sensors to your EXO sonde. (At least one sensor.)   

• Pull the belt around the sensors until the built-in hook is secured.

• If necessary, calibrate the position of the new wiper in the Kor EXO® Calibrate menu.
